Description phaseshift is a PSK31 terminal for X11. PSK31 is a digital modulation scheme popular with radio amateurs on HF radio. . This program implements the PSK31 modem and a terminal to use it. It is intended for keyboard to keyboard "QSOs" (conversations), rather than file transfer.
