| Description | Annex E of the Ada 95 language standard allows to create an application where objects are physically distributed over a network of machines, without having to interface to any low-level communication layer. . GARLIC is the run-time library that allows partitions in a distributed Ada program to communicate with one another. It is part of GLADE, a libre implementation of the Distributed Systems Annex for the GNAT compiler. GLADE stands for GNAT Library for Ada Distributed Execution. . This package contains the static library, source files, and Ada Library Information files necessary to build distributed applications. . The license of this library has changed to the pure GPL; see the copyright file for details. |
