Description in Telugu language using the Festival text-to-speech synthesizer. Given text represented in Unicode (UTF-8 encoding), it uses the festival synthesizer to generate speech in Telugu. It can be used along with a screen reader like gnopernicus to read out the text on the screen. This can be useful in assisting an illiterate in navigating a Telugu desktop.
